3D scanning & virtual tours

Hey everyone,

I've been working with 3D virtual tours and wanted to start a discussion on how they impact real estate marketing. I've noticed that properties with virtual tours tend to get more engagement online, and investors/agents who use them often say they help attract more serious buyers and renters.

For those of you who have used virtual tours in your listing's have you seen a difference in how quickly properties sell or rent? Do you think they're worth the investment, or do most buyers still prefer in-person showings?

I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences! Also happy to answer any questions about the process if anyone's considering adding them to their marketing.

Looking forward to the discussion!
