Hey All, I have a friend who needs help with rehabbing a property in Curtis Park Historic District in Denver.

Hi all - Looking to get my property in Denver rezoned to allow for a duplex.

Is there anyone in the Denver area that knows the early stages for subdividing land or what professionals I should turn to in order to start collecting some basic info?

Only other initial question I'll leave here is that I'm looking for REI mentors and hope to find a few on BP willing to share a few gold nuggets to those willing to slog it out in the mines the smart or hard way.

The capital required for Denver, and limited cash flow makes it a tough market to get your next one.

However, and I don't know anything about AirBnB in Denver, but my biggest concern for this project is the ability to consistently rent the basement for $1,800. 

The parcel formerly known as Park Hill Golf Course will now become Denver's 4th largest public park.
