Voracious learner looking to build a winning team

Good morning BP community,

I'm a returning REI in East Tennessee who is now investing and buidling a family business full time after a career in the military. My former experience has been with LTR and I'm currently focused on STR in E TN but interested in learning other useful strategies and expanding markets in later deals. I'm currently building my team with Tax Advisor/CPA, RE Attorney, REI friendly agent and designer first on the list in that order. Please reach out or comment if you have recommendations or referrals. I admit having some trouble searching for team members in the forum so hopefully BP guidelines will allow user referrals or intros. Only other initial question I'll leave here is that I'm looking for REI mentors and hope to find a few on BP willing to share a few gold nuggets to those willing to slog it out in the mines the smart or hard way.
