How much demand is there for mid-term rentals in Denver?

I'm finishing renovations on a studio apartment (under another unit in a multi-family) in the next few days and am trying to decide on what strategy to use to rent it. I'm 2 miles from 2 hospitals (one is Swedish and I've heard that they get a fair amount of travelers) and within walking distance to Denver University. Before I invest in furnishing the unit I was curious about how much demand there is for mid-term rentals in south Denver. Is Denver over-saturated for mid-term rentals or is there still demand?

Hey Zach! I have 3 MTRs in the same neighborhood as you it sounds like. Would be happy to chat if you have any specific questions. In this area MTR works well, also signing slightly longer term rentals for the school year and then doing a couple month long MTR for the summer has worked for me in the past. I post my rental listings on FurnishedFinder and Facebook (there's a couple DU living fb groups) and have had a good experience with hardly any vacancies.

Tip: Take a couple videos of the place fully furnished before anyone moves in and send them as video tours to potential tenants on FurnishedFinder when they ask to see the place. They're long distance typically so viewing the space in person isn't usually a priority, and this saves you time from having to drive over and schedule facetime tours :)
