@Shayan Sameer Hey, you’ve got some serious decisions to make.

Increasingly it’s the inexperienced investors who are making these decisions, often on their first investment.

Once your portfolio gets so big, you will need organization of your financials not only for tax time but also for your day to day, month to month decisions.

You find the person who makes decisions bout the property and ask "what are your plans for the house?" 

This is because I make good decisions on the front end by doing my due diligence.

With that said, I am not going to make any decision in haste.

That's most likely going to be a C- neighborhood or lower so there could be more perceived scale to BRRRR, but a tougher decision on how to renovate at that price point and possibly harder tenancies.I would get to real estate investor meetups in your area.

I don't need to worry about anything with Umbrella, but for LLC, I need to follow the operation agreement and keep in mind not mixing personal and business bank account.I'd like to know what are your thoughts, and how do you make decision in this case?
