New Guy on the Block!
Hey BP Community!
I've been a BP fan for a while, started listening to Brandon Turner and loved the podcast and the concept. I didn't have any money to invest at the time, and now I have a little saved away to start my real estate journey. It's been a while but I've read David Green's BRRR and Long Distance books.
I'm interested in small single-family BRRR investments. I'm leery of high leverage until I get my feet under me and some experience, so I'm aiming at smaller deals to learn the process before trying to hit a home run. I live in Utah, where the real estate market has exploded to say the least through COVID, so investing in my backyard isn't something I'm interested in right now.
I'm looking for a market with houses available to be renovated under $50k! Suggestions are welcome, also looking to connect with people interested in a mutually beneficial relationship!
