I just recently finished my class and passed my test.

lots of cost depends on final finishes you use and how good contractors are, at least from what I have found in the past.All this is ballpark without putting eyes on project.  

I had to hire another subcontractor to come in and fix the previous subcontractors work and finish the job.Now the first subcontractor is threatening to file a lien on the property.

The deal is through that "Full Service Wholesaler" who will require a double closing (hence the $11,000 purchase closing) but list the finished project for sale at 1% sales commission, which would be $2000 plus my estimate of $3500 sales closing costs.

Once finished I will send it to you in exchange for being a beta tester.
