I think the general idea is that areas like finished basements, or cape cods with sloped ceilings on the 2nd floor have finished space that is not equivalent in value and use as other finished spaces.

From beginning to finish, this project took us 16 months and were 100% leased within 30 days.

It will be a single-story ranch with a full semi-finished basement. 9' walls.

Properties are single family units with finished or un-finished basements (looking to do some renovations myself) 2-3 year plan is to live in the property and rent one unit out.
