Newwww bee question on brokerage
I just recently finished my class and passed my test. YAY! I have talked with Berkshire Hathaway and Kathy Helbig. I am looking for advice on what to look for in a brokerage. I have heard that training is what I need to look for as a first time agent. It sounds like Kathy Helbig does more "on the job training" meaning I can go with them to show houses and learn that way. From what I understand, they don't offer a lot of classes. They work in a "team" setting and I think they have new agents showing houses and another part of the team writes the contracts. I think I learn more from doing things myself and repetitiveness, so I think this would benefit me. Like I said though, I don't have any experience and am looking for any advice for a first time agent. What setting do you think is best for a brand new agent? Thanks!
