Hello,

We are finally looking for a primary residence in the Princeton, NJ area.

We wanted to find a foreclosed property and fix up using a 203k rehab loan

Does anyone have any references to a good General Contractor in the Princeton, NJ area that are familiar with the 203k rehab loan?
