The reason agency is attractive is there is no ceiling to income.

What’s next, they go out and buy new washer and dryer, ceiling fans, light fixtures.

For instance, let's take a look at bathrooms: a strong set of architectural plans would depict the bathroom(s) and draw the elevations and ceiling.

City came out and made me tear open walls and ceilings for an inspection..... turned out the footer boards weren't anchored to the slab properly for a full room with full tile roof etc and all that weight....ok for an enclosed patio....but not a full enclosed room....had to dig around entire foundation....drill through footer and do anchor bolts and poor new perimeter foundation......

We removed an upper floor tiny room to make full heigh (18 foot) ceilings in the living room.

No shelves, TVs, plant hangers in the ceiling, etc.

I do believe the ceiling has been hit with buyers in there as the homes on the market are sitting for long periods of time because nobody is willing to pay the crazy current listing prices.Townhomes are a different storey in WH and are continuing to rise, simply because they are still in that price point sweet spot and people still find them somewhat reasonable.

Do this right.From my experience, a lot of the buildings have 2 x 6 joists in the ceilings (smaller buildings).  

Do I need to hit the walls and ceilings with Kils or do I need to pull the sheetrock off the walls and ceilings, take it down to the studs and remove insulation and start over?
