Appliances not wanted in unit
Hi All,
have a 4 plex in a Columbus Ohio, all two bed one bath. The current tenant in one of the units has bought new appliances and wants me to remove them. I use a property manager and they gave me the message that the tenant wants my appliances removed and the property manager will not store them.
I really don't want to remove the appliances and then have to buy new ones when the unit turns over. I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with this and what other options there might be. I did already ask to see if any of my other units need appliances and am waiting for a reply but I thought I would ask.

"Hi my name is Phil Inthe Blank Renter, I rent an apartment with perfectly good serviceable appliances, but they are not good enough for me.
I have to go out and buy beaucoup expensive ones, because they will keep my food colder, and make my grilled cheeses and Campbell soup taste better.
Put them all on credit, and if I'm late on a payment--20% interest goes to 30% interest.
You know what we need around here is Rent Control, because people like me can not save up enough for house.
It's all those Landlords fault"
