MOUNTING THE TV TO THE WALL

Hello BiggerPockets. Should I allow my tenants to mount the TV to the wall? I know a guy who does a real good job mounting TVs.

@Maurice Stewart my policy is to llow a "reasonable number" of small nails for hanging pictures. No shelves, TVs, plant hangers in the ceiling, etc. Some do it anyway, which is to be expected, so I make them repair it or deduct the cost out of their deposit.

There are far too many people incapable of mounting the TV properly or repairing the damage so it's easier to just tell them no.
