On thursday I attended the foreclosure sale down at the courthouse where properties are being auctioned off for cash, some properties you have 24hrs to send the funds in to close, other you have to pay on the spot.

Start attending Meetups and REIAs in the Baltimore area and start networking, get connected with people that know the city and get those proverbial "boots on the ground" that can help you even though you are probably 50 miles - but with traffic 2 hours!
