Every Cash buyer name and email within 24hrs, I couldn't believe it either! On thursday I attended the foreclosure sale down at the courthouse where properties are being auctioned off for cash, some properties you have 24hrs to send the funds in to close, other you have to pay on the spot. We're here's how I got my list, I asked one of the auctioneers(usually someone from a attorneys office) to include me on her email list of what properties would be auctioned each day. The very next day, I woke up with a email from her not only to myself but every other investor in town that has attended the auction. Their was around 40 names and emails attached, some of which I do business with already, some of which I've been looking for contact information for 4-5 months.

This may work in your market, it's all about talking with the auctioneer and determining if they send the properties out via email the morning off or a day before the auction.
