I'm bound and determined to purchase at least. 1 new rental property this year. I'm pretty sure I want to invest in Lancaster,PA and I am just looking to buy someone a cup of coffee that might be willing to sit and talk about investing in this area. Thanks so much Geoff

I have the same idea. I want purchase a rental but in CT probably in Meriden or New Haven. I am a beginner, so any idea will help a lot. I was looking for houses in Zillow then I call some RE Agents but when I enplain that I wanted a rental house around $ 70.000 cash. They said that they will call but they do not. I am not what to do. Good luck with your investments.
