Here we go! Im a NEWBIE from SAN ANTONIO TEXAS
Hey everyone my names Layden Walker,
Im married to my beautiful wife Tricia who is ready for me to kick this RE deal off so she can be my partner and help me wherever and wherever needed. I own a moving company and recently have it running on auto pilot and finally have the time to do what I have always wanted to and that is REI.
Im 27 years old and have been around or in RE for over 10 years now but am looking to start wherever I need to too make this happen. I have been an athlete and salesman my whole life even starting back to when I was 5 years old selling chicken eggs door to door from the 300+ chickens we raised. My last little venture of sales was selling KIRBY vacuum cleaners door to door and I just happened to break records my first month and was nationally recognized. But that just wasn't my thing.
Im here guys and im going to go through this website with a fine tooth comb and take notes and im also going to ask many questions to you experts out there so be ready. I will bug everyone here till I am successful and I have a "ME" bugging me to learn what you guys taught me. That's what it is all about. The mad cycle.
Like I said I am from San Antonio Texas and I know my market is great. I am willing to meet with anyone locally or talk to anyone that will share with me some of their time to learn anything I can. I am willing to work for FREE just to learn. Please help me get started guys and I will definitely not let you down.

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it.
