Newbie from Boise, ID
Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the real estate investment/landlord game. I inherited my mother's home last summer, and have had an excellent tenant in that property since June (currently managed by a local property management co). I've just recently purchased my first multi-unit (4plex), and I'm excited, nervous, a little scared, but looking forward to the challenge of managing this property myself. I look forward to interacting with all of you and would love to hear from other investors/landlords also in the Boise area.
