Having a strong math and science background, and working as a cyber analyst, I would confidently say I'm an integrator.

Reasons being: (a) employment will recover (b) investors will regain confidence in multifamily income streams as virus fears subside, and when they do (c) Freddie Mac / Fannie Mae rates will be lower than ever.

Get comfortable talking to people that way you will be fully confident when the big money appointments come up. 

I would first contact a broker/agent to get an opinion on value, if they are confident it will easily sell you can start negotiations with tenants.
