Nothing complex here, just curious if the majority of real estate investors would consider them self to be a visionary, or an integrator?

On the D.I.S.C. profile I am an extremely high I, and fairly hight D. I am through and through a networker/visionary type. I absolutely struggle with the integrator/analytical side of investing, what about you?
