It was a no eviction order or at least the no eviction order could only really apply to Federal Housing typically Section 8 or HUD units. 

I'm not sure if on the Property management or asset management side there is any thing about delaying paying building bills, water, electric, mortgage, insurance....Kindly let me know if any of you aware of any laws or programs that we can apply for to protect the business until this issue get back under control.

Is no one else applying?

As of now, I have a job lined up for after graduation, I will start working in June and my friend is in the same situation and we would like to apply for loans together. 

Now it's just trying to apply the skills I've read about.

@Lucas Carl you’re old adage of the more they pay, the less they complain is also applying too.

Get the total amount of your costs back ASAP, and move into the next property.Now if I had to apply a % return, I will do it after to describe what I got. 

I would give them one reply referencing the points in the lease that apply to this scenario and the next time they bring something frivolous let them know that you are willing to waive the lease cancellation fee (or cut it in half, or whatever) so they can find somewhere that works better for them.
