I know people that bought 4 homes next to each other for the 2.3M and moved from one to the next every two years.

Perhaps they want to pay an extra week's rent and can start moving in in two weeks.Had they been able to move in right away, that would have raised questions as to what they were going to do with their current lease.

So I’ve done a little research and I have seen that in order to purchase a home and receive lending options, you must have 2 years of income verification or show that you were in school for the past two years.

My wife and I are under contract for two town homes in Florida.

Lending locally allows you to see the property and meet the borrower eyeball to eyeball –- our two main criteria.

But, just same two parties transacting on the same two properties?
