I dont know about Anchorage Banks but I do know banks in other markets will make sweat heart loans to Doctors and Dentist.. they take on all their banking and receivables in return They will give portfolio loans on a personal resi vehicles furniture etc etc..

However, the Mobile would have to have it's own parcel, have the wheels removed, be skirted, have elimination of title and be newer than 1976 to even be considered for the same type of loan, otherwise it's considered to be a vehicle and would be like a car loan.

@Mark Andrew DeidikerLots of good advice already given here.If it were me, and I did not already feel comfortable with a particular vehicle for investment....I'd park the money in a CD, bond, or index fund (depending on risk tolerance).

In the past 2 weeks alone my good neighbors and I have witnessed hand-to-hand drug transactions right on the curb while looking out the window in the middle of the day, prowling creepy trespassers hiding out underneath our decks and on our porches in the middle of the night, a huge amount of vehicle traffic visiting the property all night and even a parked car on the street with two adults in it coming down from very hard drugs (authorities were called promptly).
