Financing mobile home and single family home on same parcel

Hello everyone!

Are there lenders out there who can finance a mobile home and a single family home on the same parcel? So far the ones I have talked to are either they do conventional financing or specialize in mobile home financing. I am sure there has to be a lender out there who can do a hybrid financing. Suggestions please?

As @Rachel H. said, there are definitely options for that.  You need to check with smaller local banks & credit unions as they have been the ones to do loans like that.  You will generally need a good relationship and prepare to put 20%-25% down from what I have seen.  This would need to be a conventional/alternative/etc type loan with that lender.
