Do I need to tell the title company to put my name and amount?

Hey guys, My name is Dean Lane, I'm a 20 year old from the Chicago land area (Algonquin, Illinois).

I worked with someone with the same name in Hopkins when I was in school. 

I'm assuming the following should all be in the name of the LLC and not me as an individual: -contract with property manager-insurance policy on house-any utilities I continue to pay for (so, for instance, checks to the gardeners / pool guy should come from the LLC) Anything else I might be forgetting?

Looking at a possible wholesale deal....Have the owners name but no phone number...Wha’s the easiest way to get the phone number?

County records, look up the address of facility then they often show owners name/mailing address.

Are you buying under an LLC, buying under your name and transferring to an LLC, having an umbrella policy?

I'm not going to name any big bank names, but when I look through the "ABC Down Payment Assistance" guidelines I see "XYZ Big Bank" logo all over the ABC guidelines.
