Contacting owner of a empty property
Looking at a possible wholesale deal....Have the owners name but no phone number...Wha’s the easiest way to get the phone number?

I would start with google and look for Facebook or Linked in profiles as some people accidentally have their phone number public. You can also try websites such as Spokeo.com,411.com, switchboard.com. If the property is owned by an LLC you can do a business search and at least figure out who filed the papers.
