Need help with suggested business names/slogans I should use.

Will the property still show up on your personal credit report still in your name? 

Sell it in your personal name; sell it from an LLC.

I’ve got a buddy who LLCs each property individually and just names them after the address—keeps it simple and clean for bookkeeping and liability separation.

After a couple of weeks, I gave up and hired a prominent local Realtor.If this is your situation, I'd look at one of two options:  1) Figuring out how to make it work as an owner 2) Sell and take the loss.

Having said that our properties have traditional mortgages out in my wife and my name with our socials. 

(I.E. if one property was in both your names and you bought in just one name.

If they are pre forecloure/foreclosure, probate, or lists that require fast access to the lead to gain an advantage how new is the list and are the leads already on the prominant platforms like Propstream and Propwire?
