Hey everyone! My name is Anthony Sartor and I'm finally jumping into real estate. I first had the itch for real estate when I was 19 in my second year of university. I wanted to buy a rental property but became discouraged when the bank wouldn't give me a mortgage (they actually wanted me to have a stable source of income lol). Since I was a student with no one to co-sign for me, I didn't think there were any other options at the time and put real estate investing on the backburner. If only I had found BP back then!

Anyways, I'm now working full-time as a Registered Nurse and will be purchasing my first rental property in the next 90 days. It will be a multi-family property (most likely 2 to 4 units) and I will be occupying one of the units myself. I have zero experience in real estate but feel that buy and hold will suit me best. I'm also hoping to try out the BRRRR strategy in some of my future deals.

My main goal is to connect with as many members on BP as I can and help others in their endeavours while learning about real estate investment myself. Looking forward to everything this great site and community have to offer! See you around BP!
