Hello! I'm Jonathan and I grew up and currently live in the Minneapolis, MN area. I discovered the podcast and I am loving it (all though I am only about 30 episodes in so far). I have been looking for a business to start that I could start and then make it into some kind of mostly passive income. New business ideas are hard to come by, but I think that buy and hold rental real estate could be exactly what I am looking for. I bought my first house allmost a year ago with my wife. It was not a bad experience but it was bought with the idea of being a personal resistance only. I work looking after the care of reasurch animals. I enjoy my job but it is very boring. It does give me the opportunity to listen audio books and podcasts. It is amazing what one can learn in 8 hours of audio.
