If these are truly dog properties and their listing agreement is about to run out then I would say that the best course of action is to let them sit.Other than that I'd go directly to the source and not complicate things with proposing MLOs to listing brokers.

I advertised for "Partners" because I was under the impression that we can't 'solicit' private lenders, but I would prefer a 'lender' at 15% than a partner at up to 50%.Whenever I read about 'raising capital', it's usually related to bigger deals and getting capital for those deals from several different sources.
