Hello,

I'm new to BP, Raleigh, and fairly new to REI. I've had a few rentals over the years but I'm looking to move more heavily into RE as a life. I'm focused right now on learning, reading all the material I can get my hands on, but would like to move into action fairly soon here. I would like to start networking the active investors in the community and get a feel for the market.

I've gathered from these forums and other sources that Raleigh/Durham has a fairly good rental market but how is the wholesaling/flipping market here?  Any advice on where a newbie should focus his efforts in this market?

Thanks.   I'm looking forward to participating in discussions.
