How Do You Find Seller Financing

Does anyone have a strategy for finding seller financing? I'm specifically interested in finding people outside of my network, or for advice/strategies on developing a network in a very focused way towards finding seller financing deals.

I have MLS access and am thinking about reaching out to property owners, but I'm not sure what sorts of owners might be most open to seller financing.

Thoughts? Proven strategies? New brainstorming ideas? All feedback is welcomed.
