I’m learning everything and anything I can by all available means, but would love to find someone in the same market who would possibly be willing to share their wisdom and potentially walk me through an actual transaction (simply as a spectator on my end, or in any capacity you’d allow me to be involved in).

From all of the information my wife and I have gathered thus far plus our long term plan to purchase # of properties and then pay them all off, we felt this was the easiest barrier of entry.

Optimally I would love to be able to use the property for maybe a month or two total in the year.

I’ve already done a few projects and I would love to shift my focus to these types of government subsidized installations.The problem I’m seing is that since units run on electricity, the tennants will be responsible for their own heating costs.
