Greetings everybody!

I am very excited to be a part of this community and I love seeing all the support and networking that is occurring on here. Thank you all for welcoming me into your lives and for the support as I get started.

I am currently on active duty Air Force living overseas in South Korea. I will be retiring in 3 years and want to already be started on this journey to have my portfolio started before I retire. I plan on this being my full-time job and upon retirement.

I am looking to get into the apartment complex area of real estate. If done right, I love how quickly it can scale your portfolio. I want to start in Tucson, Arizona but I am open to Phoenix as well. Eventually, I want to branch out to different states depending on if I can find the right deals.

I completed my bachelor's degree in Financial Advising with a concentration in Real Estate through LSU Shreveport back in December 2023. I completed the Department of Defenses Boots to Business course and I am currently enrolled in the Boots to Business Revenue Readiness course to help me learn how to write a business plan. I am hoping all of this will lay the foundation for getting an LLC started and my first property started by the end of the year.

I appreciate any feedback and tips to help get started.
