I spend some time in Florida and would be interested in the same type of units near Tampa. 

Or if you have any success stories with another type of software that would be great. 

The area seems to be a stable economy that is supported by the Air Force Base  that is near by as well as some industrial type companies.  

so in listening to some of the pod casts...some of the guys talk about making dozens of offers weekly...how do you get the type of volume of viable houses to make that many offers?  

But inbetween those we do Happy Hour type meet ups.

Where would be the best place to get access to this type of information?

@Zachary FoustI would say this depends on how new you are to investing and what type of investing you're doing.  

Once you do a search and click on a name, every subsequent case you click on just takes you back to the first and you can't do a second search without going all the way back.
