Property management software

I was curious if anyone else has used rentigo.com for property management, and more specifically, online rent collection.

I have struggled to find a reliable and user friendly online property management software where I can collect rent online from my tenants. I came across rentigo.com today and it looks promising. Has anyone utilized service and if so if you can provide any feedback that would be very helpful. Or if you have any success stories with another type of software that would be great.

Thanks

Brent

@Greg Parker I have started a trial version with both tenantcloud.com and Rentec Direct. Right now I'm leaning more towards Rentec Direct but we will see. Tenant cloud is free and Rentec costs $15 to $30 per month, but I got burned last time because the software I used was free and there was a huge problem that caused the tenant to triple pay rent and has been a huge headache. I feel like for a software that I have to pay more that does a better job, it would be completely worth it.
