Hey everyone. I'm a brand new wholesaler in the Memphis Tn. ( Shelby Co.) area. I'm most interested in probate marketing at this point. What is the most efficient way to find probate leads if the local papers will not give/sell you a list of notices? The county court clerk doesn't understand when I asked for a probate list...

@Lisa Michaels are you located in Memphis? or trying to wholesale virtually?  Can search probate court records here (http://probatedata.shelbycountytn.gov/) but it's not very easy.
