Hi BP,
I was trying to figure out what is the average fixed cost in Massachusetts for an end buyer in the Hampden County Area, anyone has a clue what these numbers usually look like? I'd appreciate any advice. I would like to focus on properties closing within 90 days. Any suggestions? Where would be the best place to get access to this type of information?
