From Boston, now in San Diego

Hey all! I moved out to San Diego just over 2 years ago from Boston. I'm very interested in starting to invest in real estate as a (hopefully mostly) passive investment to diversify my current portfolio (a mix of business and stock market investments). Aside from simple diversification, I'm excited about the other positives about the RE asset class specifically, and I'm just soaking up information, looking to learn and network with people in general here on BP and specifically here in the SD market. Looking forward to connecting!
