b/c I sold leads to pay for my own marketing on the leads I didn't sell covering the cost of my marketing that will in return result in deals that I wholesale, that will result in cash reserves to buy/rehab/re-sell................I'll have gotten to that point and be able to say that it was all b/c I sold a few leads when I got started in Probates.Again, I hope my travels in the probate world will be of some help to others

In 10 years, my wife and I will begin extensive travel -- we planned to explore "house swapping" and having a lake front (or ocean side) house or condo would give us much better leverage.

the postman, trash man, dominos delivery kid, plumber, or any of 1000 others who constantly travel around various neighborhoods, may be able to tip you off to areas and/or houses of interest. after the first time one of those "tips" leads to them suddenly finding an envelope of cash in their hands, well, they'll certainly put extra effort into trying to happen across more properties like that for you.
