General Growth Properties filed for bankruptcy today, the largest property bankruptcy in US history. General Growth states 29.5 billion in assets, 200 million square feet of space and 24,000 retail stores. Anyone affected by this? Any thoughts in general as to what this means for the commercial market? How will all this space be absorbed?
