I've working fwith my REI for a few months and find the most challenging aspect is finding the time to do all the detail work necessary while holding down a full time job that often involves overnight travel.

I would appreciate any feedback from others who are now or prior to going full time in REI (which is my goal) on how they managed to do all the things necessary to make deals. I am focusing on wholesaling as my main REI strategy but am open to any and all suggestions.

I am determined to be successful in Real Estate Investing in that I want out of the "Rat Race" after 40 years and "do my own thing" with Real Estate.

Thanks in Advance for the great advice!
