There are many free articles and podcasts at my website, and Thursday, April 13th at noon eastern time we are holding a live free teleconference on Rookie Mistakes Syndicators make.

I'm not sure of when another crash will come, but I'm just hearing from word of mouth and reading up on some news articles so I'm preparing as well.  

Of course, I don't know that for sure because I haven't been to the physical location or had an inspection.I talked to the realtor and she said even though rent is at $850 she thinks that is too low.Looking at things on the surface, it seems like that is a good deal.

I've learned so much from reading posts and articles, and I feel like its my duty to give back by answering questions that others have that I have answers to.
