Technically a newbie on the forums and site, though I've been listening to the podcasts for some time.I fell into property managing back in September when an opportunity came my way.

What are buyers paying these days for a tear-down opportunity in the Morningside neighborhood of Edina, Minnesota?

I just think ADU's should provide a unique opportunity.

It does give me the opportunity to listen audio books and podcasts.

I am seeing so much opportunity in HRM as far as real estate goes. 

Sometimes a person who misprices, is an opportunity to make a lot of money. 

In fact, the "poor" dad was so convinced that the only way to make money is to work hard and EARN it, but he was missing the opportunities that the "Rich" dad had already discovered, which were the abilities to use OPM to earn more than just on your own.Your dad has SOME good points about low income housing bringing trouble and expense. 

I'm an expat newbie investor and  bigger pockets newbie, living oversees in Austria and I am very interested in investing in SFHs between 50-100K in the Columbus, OH area focusing on Buy and Hold (rentals).Currently I am looking to build connections to home-in on interesting opportunities as well as to start building a team local to the area.Looking forward to meeting some of the locals here! 

@Temitope,  I’ve invested personally in several, looked at hundreds of offerings, and  interviewed hundreds of other investors on their experiences.Crowdfunding is just like anything else, and there are both good and bad opportunities.
