New Kid on the Block: Delaware

Hi Everyone!

Technically a newbie on the forums and site, though I've been listening to the podcasts for some time.

I fell into property managing back in September when an opportunity came my way. I am currently a full-time middle school teacher, but I also manage a portfolio of about 20 properties in Delaware currently. I am a partial owner of our company, and we are onboarding new properties with management contracts each month! Since the opportunity fell into my lap, I've really just been ingesting as much information as I can through the podcasts, books, and forums.

As well, I am wrapping up my first flip project which I undertook along with three of my other family members. We are planning to hold the property and add it to our management portfolio.

Looking to expand in regards to investment portfolio, management portfolio, and network!

Excited to be here!
