I'll definitely contact them and see what makes them special in the property management field - I plan on contacting at least 3 companies to make sure we end up with someone that not only does a good job, but who we integrate well with.I did forget to mention above that in several rooms of the house there is either bubbling in the painted-over wallpaper or noticeable seaming/places you can see they tried to strip wallpaper from at least part of the walls.Oh, and it's not just the walls - the rooms that haven't been updated (the updated rooms being the kitchen and both bathrooms - the stairway is textured, so I don't know if they just layered it on top or stripped and textured) have the painted-over wallpaper on the ceilings, too!
