When you get a seller and a property under contract can you do it as doing business as or do you have to be an LLC When you fill out contract and if your dba would you put name in contract blank I would think so of course jw thanks

You would fill out the contract with your personal name as the Buyer, if you dont have an LLC or company.

Is that it, or am i missing something?
