Hi Folks - I am new to BP and I am introducing myself.  I have found some good info already and am looking forward to learning more about investing in real estate.  I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 but have not been practicing for about 2 years.  I am looking forward to getting back into the field and becoming an investor this time around.
