Each asset class has their own nicks and nacks, so I would recommend you pick a couple that sound interesting to you and also look into getting your CCIM.BP has specialty forums for many of these, whether it's apartments, mobile home parks, etc. and the more deals you evaluate and see the more you learn.  

SFH/condo/mobile are almost a completely different world from multi-family, even the small units.

It has 4 mobile homes (older ones) on it and 2 are currently occupied.  

Was going to put a mobile home on the lot but city said it must be a doublewide over a certain sq ft...
