I've got a deal I'm not able to do anything with, I got the lead off of my InvestorCarrot website but it's out by the Creek County fairgrounds and it's out of the area my buyers invest in, and plus it's a doublewide so it's tough to get a valuation on. It'd make a good rental, and the sellers are motivated, I just can't do anything with it so I figured I'd ask on here. Anyone interested can PM me for more details.
